We want your Skin RnR order to arrive as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Orders placed by noon EST Monday to Friday are generally shipped the same day.
Orders are shipped with Canada Post. Delivery standard is 2-8 days.
International shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Taxes and duties are the customer's responsibility.
When will my order be shipped?
We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed by noon (EST) Monday through Friday are generally shipped the same day using Canada Post.

What about customs?
You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties, including VAT, imposed by your country of residence.
Skin RnR is not responsible for packages held by international customs agencies. Please check with your country's customs office to understand their procedures and any possible charges.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification that includes a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
