Shipping policy

When will my order be shipped? We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed by Noon (EST) Monday thru Friday are generally shipped the same day using Canada Post. Canada Post's delivery standard is 2-8 days.

Do you ship internationally? Yes! Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

What about customs? You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence. Skin RnR is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of Skin RnR to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.

How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
